In celebration of the Year of the Dragon, we invite you to delight in our Lunar New Year Mixology Series featuring exclusive and unique Year of the Dragon-themed cocktails from the following participating restaurants at Irvine Spectrum Center.
GOOD FORTUNE MARTINI
- 1 oz Cognac
- 1 oz Yuzu Flavored Sake
- 0.5 oz Orange Curacao
- 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
- 0.25 oz Peach Liqueur
- 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
- Garnish with Orange Peel
THE LUCKY DRAGON
- 2 oz Cognac
- 0.75 oz Spiced Orgeat
- 0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 5 dashes of Orange Bitters
- Garnish with Clove and Lime Peel
LUCKY BLESSING
- 1.5 oz Cognac
- 2 oz Cranberry Juice
- 2 oz Ginger Beer
- Squeeze of Lemon Juice
- Garnish with Lime and Red Date Slices
